Your information is used to: (a) provide and personalize the deal discovery experience; (b) process deal redemptions; (c) send deal notifications and service communications; (d) prevent fraud and enforce rate limits; (e) generate aggregated, anonymized analytics for vendors.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with vendors only when you redeem a deal (redemption code and timestamp). We may share anonymized, aggregated data with partners. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security policies, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics to understand platform usage patterns. You can control cookie settings in your browser, though some features may not function properly without essential cookies.

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data via your profile page; (b) update or correct your information; (c) delete your account and associated data; (d) opt out of non-essential communications. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
7. Age Restriction
Our platform is strictly for users aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 21, we will promptly delete that information.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Redemption records are retained for 12 months for vendor reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, and may integrate with third-party payment processors for premium subscriptions. These services have their own privacy policies that govern their use of your data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
