1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 420near.me ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. You must be at least 21 years of age to use this platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where cannabis is legal to access and use 420near.me. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Deal Redemption
Deals are time-limited (4:20 PM – 7:20 PM local time) and subject to availability. Each deal has a unique redemption code valid for one use only. 420near.me is not responsible for vendor inventory, pricing accuracy, or product quality. All purchases are made directly with participating dispensaries.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of deal listings, pricing, and inventory. Vendors must hold valid business licenses and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. 420near.me reserves the right to remove listings or suspend vendor accounts at its discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or fraud detection; (c) resell or transfer redemption codes; (d) scrape or harvest data from the Platform; (e) impersonate another user or entity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on 420near.me are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
420near.me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform or email.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
